Robin is sitting at the reception of a youth hostel, as she does every day. She is playing online chess to the monotonous tune of the lobby music. But her enjoyment of the game is short-lived, as the guests are causing trouble with their requests. Robin is relieved when she is called away. But even this relief is short-lived.
