Syrian video journalist Lina documents the hopes of her friends, the demonstrations, and ultimately how the country is collapsing in a merciless civil war. Friends despair; friends die. Lina keeps filming, assuming different identities. She is arrested, survives prison and manages to escape.

Lina
Born in Damascus, Lina studied at the University of Essex and now works as a documentary filmmaker, journalist and camerawoman. She made four short documentary films before turning the material she had collected over ten years into 5 SEASONS OF REVOLUTION.
